From the reviews
My kids have loved learning from Sensei Lorenzo. He is a great teacher and has a lot of experience. As I have observed his classes I can tell that he cares a lot about each of his students and wants them to succeed. I’m so glad I sign my kids up!
My daughter has been doing karate training since she was 4 years old with Ageless Martial Arts. Her skills and confidence level improved significantly. She now spars with bigger kids. Sensei Lorenzo is a great teacher, and he is very dedicated and loves what he does.
Ageless Martial Arts is honestly one of the best places for me, and I'm sure for other people as well. In a way this place is like one of my safe havens. When you walk on the mats of this place you feel so welcome and happy to be there.
Sensei Joe has held kids Karate classes and ninja parties at our facility, Kids Time, during the summer and the kids enjoyed them very much. We are looking forward to having another summer session and party this year!
Your first Karate class at Ageless Martial Arts Las Vegas
Nervous about walking into a Karate dojo for the first time? Almost everyone is, and a good sensei expects beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling basic stances, blocks, punches, and kicks — not hard sparring. Step to the side whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: athletic wear you can move in (or a gi if you have one); you'll train barefoot. What to bring: water, and a mouthguard if you have one — many dojos lend a loaner gi for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gi and the belt your dojo awards you. Kumite (sparring) eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the sensei. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
