Kids Karate Classes

Kids' karate channels a lot of energy into something structured: a sensei teaches the basics — stances, blocks, kicks and punches — through games, drills and forms (kata), building coordination, focus, discipline and confidence in a safe, encouraging setting. Because every technique is practiced with control and respect, kids learn to carry themselves calmly and to walk away from trouble rather than toward it — a big part of karate's well-known anti-bully reputation.
