From the reviews
My kids have been attending Premier Martial Arts for a couple years and love the practices they are learning and the instructors that are teaching them. We are made to feel not only like students but family. We plan on being part of this family for a long time.
We drop off our grandchildren here. The staff offer a safe alternative for afterschool care. We have seen a change in their focus and self confidence. Knowing where they are and that they are safe in a family type atmosphere is a blessing.
The Experience I had at this place was second to none. I enjoyed every minute of the class. The instructors where attentive to my needs and very understanding. They took the extra care to make I understood the techniques. I had a great time and I would highly recommend you train at the school!! You will love it!!!!
We love Premier Martial Arts. My children have learned real life skills. The staff cares about my children on a personal level and they get to know each kid so they can adapt to their learning style. A very good family owned business! I’m
Your first Karate class at Premier Martial Arts
Nervous about walking into a Karate dojo for the first time? Almost everyone is, and a good sensei expects beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling basic stances, blocks, punches, and kicks — not hard sparring. Step to the side whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: athletic wear you can move in (or a gi if you have one); you'll train barefoot. What to bring: water, and a mouthguard if you have one — many dojos lend a loaner gi for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gi and the belt your dojo awards you. Kumite (sparring) eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the sensei. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
