Amerikick Andorra is simply the BEST! From when my child first started until now they have treated us as FAMILY! The professionalism, the positive energy, the great people make it all worth while for every karate class.Every sensei interacts so well with the children.
I am VERY happy with Amirikick Andorra, and so are my kids. The teachers are the exact right mix of serious and silly, focused and fun for the kids to really get a lot out of the classes. I can't believe that my daughter has a blue belt and feels strong and great about herself.
Amerikick in Andorra has been an amazing experience for my child. They combine instruction and fun in a way that has my son wanting to go everyday. The instructors are personable, compassionate with the kids and experts in their field. I’ve seen such growth in my child with the values they teach.
We have been very happy with our experience at Amerikick. My five-year-old son is taking a class, and I’ve been pleased with their balance of firmness and nurture. They really make it about having fun for the little ones but there is also structure.
Your first Karate class at Amerikick Andorra
Nervous about walking into a Karate dojo for the first time? Almost everyone is, and a good sensei expects beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling basic stances, blocks, punches, and kicks — not hard sparring. Step to the side whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: athletic wear you can move in (or a gi if you have one); you'll train barefoot. What to bring: water, and a mouthguard if you have one — many dojos lend a loaner gi for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gi and the belt your dojo awards you. Kumite (sparring) eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the sensei. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
