6 year old son with autism has excellent success and been working with instructors close to a year! They offered private lessons and he participates in beginner class and all instructors are very accommodating to him and each student. This place is awesome... My son is part of this school, he loves it, he made friends here, and most importantly he becomes a better behaving boy day by day. And now my daughter joined kickboxing class and loves it. The owners and teachers are really friendly and understanding when things in the family come up.
This is my child's favorite place. He goes there for almost half a year, but he still likes it. And I like the fact that he has classes every day! (which is very rare to find). Daily activities develop discipline and willpower.
If you are looking for the best martial arts school here it is... HOME OF THE WORL CHAMPIONS 🏆... Sensei Tony, JP, Jose and Kristhian are excellent coaches and wonderful people. This is not just a Karate studio, this is family.
Your first Karate class at Legend Martial Arts Sports Center
Nervous about walking into a Karate dojo for the first time? Almost everyone is, and a good sensei expects beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling basic stances, blocks, punches, and kicks — not hard sparring. Step to the side whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: athletic wear you can move in (or a gi if you have one); you'll train barefoot. What to bring: water, and a mouthguard if you have one — many dojos lend a loaner gi for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gi and the belt your dojo awards you. Kumite (sparring) eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the sensei. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
